Steps lead down from the parking area to a sheltered, south facing enclosed courtyard style patio - real suntrap, beautifully planted and perfect to enjoy a barbecue or alfresco meal. The stable door opens to the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The high quality contemporary style furnishings beautifully compliment the retained original features with exposed stone work, beams and wooden floors.
The wood burning stove and luxurious sofa make the lounge/diner perfect for relaxing on chillier evenings. Stairs lead up to the delightful cosy bedrooms above with quality soft furnishings. Conveniently located, surrounded by fields there is a village pub within walking distance, while the popular Carew Inn renowned for good food and the majestic ruins of Carew Castle and Mill are a mile away. A 10 minute drive takes you to a number of beautiful, sandy beaches in the popular seaside towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot with their picturesque harbours and variety of shops, pubs and restaurants, while for the energetic there are plenty of opportunity to try your hand at the water sports on offer.
The bustling market town of Narberth with its growing reputation for boutique shops, antique markets and restaurants is nearby, as well as a number of family attractions including, Manor House Wildlife Park, Oakwood Theme Park, Heatherton Activity Park and Folly Farm.

Approached via an A-road then approximately half a mile of narrow country lanes. Rear of cottage is accessed by small lane and unmade road leading to private parking at rear of cottage. Enclosed rear garden is accessed by pedestrian gate and down three 9” steps into the rear patio. Level garden path approximately 20m leads to rear porch stable door. After cottage has been unlocked loading or unloading can be achieved via front of the cottage. The rear garden is enclosed, sheltered and south facing. Rear access and garden lit automatically at dusk with PIR sensor lights. Kitchen has extensive work tops and low level oven, dishwasher and washer/drier. Well lit lounge (natural and artificial). TVs operated by remote control. Public transport (local bus service) at front of cottage.
